Abstract

This report covers a lecture by International Criminal Court Judge Nicolas Guillou, held at the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University Bratislava, on the occasion of the Law Day, on the topic: Current Challenges of the ICC in Affirmation of the Rule of Law. In this lecture, the Judge examined the 5 main challenges that the ICC is currently facing. These are hybridisation, efficiency, technologisation, digitisation of evidence and fragmentation.
