JUDr. Lucia Kurilovská, PhD., the Rector of the Academy of the Police Force in Bratislava and prof. JUDr. Jozef Čentéš, PhD., Head of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminology and Criminalistics, Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Law.
