Publication Ethics and Desk Rejection Policy
If the Editorial Team, reviewers, or the Editor-in-Chief identify, at any stage of the submission or editorial process, that an author has made false statements, infringed the Journal's authorship or editorial policies, failed to disclose the use of AI where required, included false or apparently fabricated references, or otherwise committed a serious breach of publication ethics, the Editor-in-Chief may impose a five-year publication ban on the author concerned. During the period of the ban, all submissions by that author will be desk rejected without further review.
The publication ban may be lifted only by a unanimous decision of the Editorial Board upon a reasoned written request submitted by the author through the Senior Executive Editor.
This policy takes effect upon its publication on 6 July 2026 and applies to all submissions that have not been accepted for publication before that date.
