BLR open is to young scholars

BLR welcomes research from scholars at all stages of their careers. However, students, including PhD candidates, are required to submit a recommendation by their tutor, or at least the contact of such tutor. Students, including PhD candidates, must be aware that reviews will be communicated to tutors in order to raise the quality of submissions. We believe that this approach will enhance the quality of papers submitted by students, including scholars.
